A HÜRJET cooperation agreement was signed between TUSAŞ and AIRBUS Spain.

In a statement released on the Presidency of Defense Industries' social media account under the title "Istanbul IDEF 2025," it was stated, "As part of IDEF 2025, a cooperation agreement was signed between TAI and AIRBUS Spain regarding the HÜRJET Project, with the participation of our President of Defense Industries Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün at the TAI stand. This valuable cooperation forms the basis for the integration of international capabilities, information sharing, and joint development steps in our aviation industry. Through such collaborations with friendly and allied countries on strategic projects, Turkey continues to expand its domestic and national power on the global aviation stage."

In a statement regarding the cooperation agreement between Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) and AIRBUS Spain regarding the HÜRJET Project, TAI stated, "Strategic agreements for Spanish exports have been signed with Airbus. This development, which will lead to the export of our HÜRJET Jet Training Aircraft, designed with our national resources and capable of reaching supersonic speeds, defines the main lines of the export process and aims to further position Türkiye's aviation technology competence in the European market. This collaboration, which brings together the engineering strength and expertise of the two companies, will accelerate HÜRJET's entry into the international inventory. The level our country has reached with national platforms and the gains to be achieved through this partnership will be a strong reflection of our determination and vision in the field of aviation."
