Service Site residents get their new homes

Approximately 300 houses in the Service Site, located on Osman Paşa Street in Kağıthane Merkez Mahallesi and evaluated as a risky building, will be delivered to their owners in August.

In place of the old Service Site consisting of 6 blocks, which was previously demolished in a controlled manner, approximately 300 apartments were built in 8 blocks with ground floor + 6 floors. In the new project, 196 apartments are planned as 2+1 and 104 apartments are planned as 3+1. The project also includes 13 thousand square meters of living area and a large green area of ​​9 thousand square meters. The site is not only a residential area but also a social life center with its parking lots, walking paths, parks and recreation areas.

Kağıthane Mayor Mevlüt Öztekin examined the work done at the Service Site on site and made statements. Mayor Öztekin said, "We have now reached the final stage at the Service Site. Hopefully, our neighbors will have their new earthquake-resistant and modern homes in August. I would like to convey my best wishes in advance. I would like to thank all our team members who contributed. We will continue our transformation work in cooperation with our neighbors in other regions of Kağıthane."
