Kubilay Aka became a pirate!

A global commercial for a beverage company starring actor Kubilay Aka has now aired in Turkey. Aka, portraying a Caribbean pirate for the brand, has reached audiences worldwide.

The ad was shot off the coast of Cartagena, Colombia, and on islands in the Atlantic Ocean. Professional crews from feature films were employed on the project. Directed by British director David Wilson, the ad features specially designed costumes, underwater scenes, and a mechanical shark, creating a cinematic atmosphere.

The commercial has already premiered in several European countries, including France. It is also scheduled to air in Australia, Latin America, and Asia by the end of the year.

Speaking about the project, Kubilay Aka said, "This shoot in Colombia felt more like a film experience than an advertisement. We created a high-energy and creative project with a legendary team. I'm very pleased with the end result. I'm also delighted by the positive feedback I've received about the film so far."
