Alişan commemorated his brother Selçuk Tektaş with prayers on the fourth anniversary of his death.

Singer Alişan's brother, Selçuk Tektaş, died in the hospital where he was being treated for coronavirus in 2021. The famous artist did not forget his brother, whom he expressed his longing for at every opportunity, even on the fourth anniversary of his death.

But I will fight until the end, with everything I have. I promise you, as much as I can. I won't be defeated, I promise. I'll keep fighting until the day I'm reunited with you. On the fourth anniversary of his brother's death, Alişan commemorated his brother with prayers at his grave with family and friends. He then shared a thank-you message on social media, saying, "May God bless everyone who came in this hot weather and said 'Amen' to our prayers. May our prayers go out to all those we have lost. May God grant them all a place in heaven, God willing."
In his statement after the prayer, Alişan emphasized that death is very close to everyone, saying, "We pass by it in the rush of life, but death is very close to all of us. Life is very short; we shouldn't upset anyone."
The famous singer, who remembered the days he spent with his brother with longing, said that they lived every moment together while Selçuk Tektaş was alive and that he missed everything he did with him.
