Halil Ergün: Deniz Çakır broke my heart

Halil Ergün, one of the leading actors of "Yaprak Dökümü" (Leaf Falling), one of the productions that attracted great attention during its broadcast, made sincere statements about the series during the program in which he was a guest.

The veteran actor, who stated that the first novel he read was "Leaf Falling," said about the set, "Our "Leaf Falling" set was like a school. Gökçe Öztürk and Fahriye Evcen came not to make a lot of money, but to develop their art. We became like a family. We didn't have much of a life outside of it. That was reflected in the shootings."

Ergün, who spoke with Deniz Çakır the most after the series ended but stated that there is now resentment between them, made the following statement:

"Deniz Çakır and I were very good together, now we greet each other whenever we see each other. After the series ended, I saw her the most. Afterwards, it wasn't disloyalty, but she broke my heart and I felt indirectly sad."
