Away from TV for 15 years, Ana Paula Arósio recalls unusual behind-the-scenes scenes of a soap opera

Ana Paula Arósio has been away from television for 15 years, since she starred in the series Na Forma da Lei, in 2010. The actress currently lives in London, England, with her husband, the horseman Henrique Pomblon Pinheiro, but the artist's relationship with the world of horses goes back further.

She recalled that, at the time she was filming Terra Nostra , a soap opera written by Benedito Ruy Barbosa, from 1999, she used to ride the horses used in the production.

"I would enter the editing room with a horse," recalled the actress in an interview with the Fantástico videocast , which will air next Sunday, the 11th.

"In period dramas we always use horses. And the boys in charge of the horses let me ride Quebra-Coco, which was a very tame horse," explained Ana Paula.

Away from TV since 2010, the artist leads a discreet life and rarely makes public appearances. Since her last work for Globo, she has only returned to acting in the film A Floresta que Se Move , in 2015, and starred in a commercial for a large bank in 2020.
