Forget the Maybach! This new fancy Mercedes van has an ultra business class interior

The Stuttgart company presented the Vision V prototype. And here comes the first surprise: the letter V, which in the manufacturer's portfolio has not been associated with luxury so far, but rather with utilitarianism, or perhaps camper rest. The letter S stood for luxury, and the Maybach version (formerly a separate brand) stood for opulence. Until now, because the Mercedes Vision V is a concept that is not only luxurious, but also very futuristic.

Between them stretches the chrome sine wave of the window frame, running from the first to the last pillar, more reminiscent of that of a streamlined four-door limousine than of a cuboid van. A discreet screen is hidden in the B pillar, displaying a programmable message to greet passengers. The entire body is placed on polished 24-inch rims.

The real treat is in the passenger cabin, or rather an immersive, multimedia entertainment lounge . The focal point is a giant 65-inch screen with a built-in gaming console and home cinema. Both experiences can be expanded beyond the display frames and eight additional projectors can be used to cast an image over the entire cabin. The sound is provided by a Dolby Atmos system with 42 speakers.
