On Rai2 the live commentary of the Diamond League of Athletics recorded an average of 736,000 viewers and a 4% share. On Rai3 Far West special achieved an average of 568,000 viewers and a 3.3% share. On Canale 5 the soap opera Tradimento achieved an average of 2,444,000 viewers and a 15.4% share, while on Italia 1 Viaggio nell'isola misteriosa brought 928,000 viewers and a 5.2% share to Mediaset.
On Rete 4 Quarto grado recorded an average of 1,347,000 viewers and a 10% share, so Propaganda live on La7 it brought home an average of 682,000 viewers and a 5.1% share. On Tv8 Io prima di te it obtained an average of 398,000 viewers and a 2.4% share. On Nove I migliori fratelli di Crozza totaled an average of 319,000 viewers and a 2.2% share.
The minute-by-minute analysis of the evening's progress shows the Tg1 curve dominating the challenge with that of Tg5 , the first reaching 24%, the second stopping at 17% share. Then the dominance of the curve of Novegia-Italia reaching 35% share in the first half, but dropping to 27% in the second half, a sign of the discouragement of viewers in the face of the disaster of the Italian players on the field.
The soap opera Canale 5 follows up to the 14% threshold 5 Betrayal , which after the match reached 21%. Quarto grado 's performance was always good, after having reached 8% during Italy's match, then dominated the entire second evening, just above the 15% share threshold.
