Versace Muses Past & Present Come Together in Donatella’s Final Campaign for Fall 2025

After months of speculation, Donatella Versace announced she was leaving Versace as creative director back in March (and Dario Vitalie was rapidly installed as Donatella’s successor). The Fall 2025 collection, presented just days prior during Milan Fashion Week, was ultimately the iconic Italian designer’s last – and the accompanying campaign has dropped. Donatella called upon her long-time faves Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott for one last time, and brought together a cast of Versace muses from past and present for the Fall 2025 campaign. Names like Claudia Schiffer, Kate Moss, Kristen McMenamy, Amber Valletta, Natasha Poly, Saskia de Brauw, Liu Wen, Mica Argañaraz, Anok Yai, Mila Van Eeten, and Jacqui Hooper pose before M&M’s lens throughout the celebratory series of minimalist campaign images.

“Beyond disappointed that she didn’t book [Steven] Meisel for her last campaign,” voiced aracic.
“Meh, it should’ve been Meisel,” echoed thiago.
Mepps commented: “Should have been Madonna and Meisel. They would have ate this. Donatella goes out with a whimper!”
“Despite the all-star cast, I’m disappointed with the end result. The images feel flat, lifeless, static, and one-dimensional. There’s no depth, no nothing,” vogue28 critiqued.
“What a lame campaign,” agreed Avonlea.
Squizree shared the same sentiments, adding: “The collection was always inevitably going to drag the campaign down. Donatella went out with a FLOP!”
