Katy Perry wowed the audience in another quirky concert outfit while recently taking the stage in Santiago, Chile, for her The Lifetimes Tour. The songwriter wore a dramatic performance costume designed by Windowsen. The “Laugh Clown” look served as a tribute to Perry’s 2020 studio album, “Smile.” The costume consisted of a cropped top in a blue and white checkered pattern, embellished with crystal details.

The piece featured a hooded top and giant structured shoulders, with the exaggerated elements continuing on the long sleeves. The print bodice included a woman’s face, with the contrasting red clown nose standing out. The performance costume also consisted of matching micro shorts, almost looking like briefs. This was topped with a distinctive belt around the waist featuring a huge red nose element at the center.

Furthermore, the look included a pair of oversized knee-high shoes with wide bottoms that matched the “Laugh Clown” performance costume. Meanwhile, the knee pads made of the same blue and white checkered pattern featured Perry’s initials against a red background — “K” written on one knee and “P” on the other.
