Your Friends and Neighbors Release Schedule: When Do New Episodes Come Out?

Jon Hamm’s characters have long sought for the true meaning behind the American dream. In Mad Men, Don Draper found it in fleeting affairs and Coca Cola commercials. In Landman, Hamm's Monty Miller resolved to die a rich oil baron. In Hamm's latest series, Your Friends and Neighbors, his character critiques the entire concept of the American dream by pilfering expensive items from his fellow, lavish community members.
The new Apple TV+ comedy (which premieres its first two episodes on Friday, April 11), depicts Hamm as a divorced, ex-hedge fund manager named Andrew Cooper who jumps into a life of crime to make enough cash to keep up appearances. Down on his luck after losing his job, he steals the kind of watches, wine bottles, and handbags that normal folks would only dream of owning. But for his wealthy friends and neighbors? They may never know that Cooper stole their items at all.
"One of the taglines for the show on a billboard somewhere said simply, 'You don't know what you're missing,'" Hamm told USA Today. "As a former fictional ad man, I really enjoyed that tagline.”
Aside from Cooper’s entertaining capers, Your Friends and Neighbors showcases the age-old adage that money can’t buy happiness. Though his community may seem put together and impressive, each expensive item that Cooper rifles through reveals another skeleton in their closet—including a murder. Your Friends and Neighbors is created by Jonathan Tropper (This Is Where I Leave You) and directed by Craig Gillespie (I, Tonya). The series also stars Olivia Munn (The Newsroom) and Amanda Peet (Brockmire).
If you’re already hooked on Your Friends and Neighbors, we have good news! Apple TV+ already renewed the series for season 2.
