EastEnders spoilers: Sharon returns, Stacey's 'exit' and Zoe's shock admission

The drama continues in Albert Square next week, and EastEnders fans will be over the moon as one fan favourite makes a return.

The week starts off with the grand return of Sharon Watts. The beloved character has been away in Australia since Martin's funeral, and fans were left questioning when we'd see her onscreen again. She then featured in the trailer for Zoe's return, with fans realising she wasn't far from Albert Square.

Of course, the character has missed a lot since being away, and is shocked to spot Zoe outside of No.31, as she plans to confront her, and things go from bad to worse later on in the week when Vicki and Zoe have a fight in the Square. Zack and Anthony break up the fight, but Zack gets hit in the process.

Sharon then goes to confront Zoe in The Vic but Zoe hits back with a shock admission. But what could it be? Whatever it is, Sharon refuses to believe her Zoe and loses her temper before Kat chucks Sharon and Vicki out of The Vic.

Zoe's not the only awkward reunion she has however, as she later bumps into Phil Mitchell. It comes after she confessed to sleeping with Grant earlier this year...

Sharon isn't the only one in shock about Zoe's confession too, as Kat and Alfie also question her on the shock claims...

Elsewhere in the Slater household, Stacey tells Lily that Sean has invited them to live with him in Brazil, and Lily attempts to encourage her to accept. It was reported at the beginning of this year that Lacey Turner would be taking an extended break from the soap, so could this be how she exits?

She later tells an ecstatic Lily that she's booked flights to Brazil but the moment is broken when Jean arrives, and Stacey is forced to reveal all.

Elsewhere, there seems to be trouble in paradise with Lauren and Peter as a new face enters the Square. Peter befriends another mum, Demi, at Jimmy’s sensory class, but it’s clear Demi fancies Peter.

He later goes for a drink with her against Ian's advice but he returns home full of energy and seduces Lauren… unaware that Penny has witnessed his exchange with Demi.

Penny later orders Peter to tell Lauren the truth about his mystery woman, but he decides against it and Lauren finds out herself from a flirty message on his phone. However, to Peter's surprise, Lauren is unfazed and he starts to question their relationship.

Demi isn't the only new arrival on the Square, as Cindy is approached by a girl called Jasmine, asking if she has any jobs going in The Albert. Oscar later takes a shine to her and asks her on a date, but Cindy warns her to stay away...
