The first captains of MasterChef 2025 have been announced! Former contestants made their mark

The 2024 contestants were guests on MasterChef . Last year's champion, Onur Üresin , stated that he expects his namesake contestant to win the championship this year.

ŞİRİN REJECTED THE JOB OFFER

It was revealed that Şirin Sadegzade had rejected Chef Mehmet's job offer. Chef Mehmet described the conversation as follows:

I made Şirin a job offer, but she rejected it. You know I'm not good at it. I'm training for All-Star, and we don't even know if it's an All-Star event, so she's stalling us. Şirin, I need you. I said, "We don't have a good pastry chef at the restaurant we're opening in Ankara. Would you like to work for me?" She said, "No."

Mehmet Şef is following Kerem

Chef Mehmet said he's been following Kerem closely and has been very impressed with the places he's been to lately . Kerem said, "I get a lot of messages asking me to do a television show. If the opportunity arises, I'll do it." Kerem continued, "After the competition, I went to the US. I was supposed to spend a long time there, and I also wanted to create content. I went to different venues and wanted to showcase US culture. I also tried to be as productive as possible. I'll be opening a restaurant very soon, I hope."

TEAM CAPTAINS ANNOUNCED

In the game that will determine the first team captains of MasterChef 2025, contestants were asked to make menemen. Gizem was the blue team captain , while İlhan was the red team captain.
