Some of the heirs and their lawyers attended the second hearing of the case at the Marmaris 1st Civil Court of Peace. Lawyers from the Turkish Armed Forces, Darüşşafaka Society and LÖSEV also attended the hearing.
The presiding judge asked the heirs and their lawyers if they had any objections regarding the file and their requests regarding the file. The heirs and lawyers reported that their statements from the first hearing were still ongoing.

While one of the three consecutive case files has been decided, the hearing of the other file has been postponed to May 28.
