Emma Heming confesses: My marriage to Bruce Willis almost ended

Emma Heming, wife of legendary actor Bruce Willis, admitted in her book "An Unexpected Journey" that they had experienced serious marital problems and considered divorce before the actor was diagnosed with the disease. Heming said, "I felt like my marriage was falling apart. What was going on? This isn't the man I married. Something was terribly wrong, and I couldn't figure it out."

Bruce Willis was diagnosed with aphasia in 2022 and later diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. Heming stated that he and his wife went through a difficult time after the diagnosis, and that they struggled to get through it with the support of their friends and family.

Heming stated that it was very difficult for her to remember the period they lived through, saying, "There were times when I wondered, 'What was our love story? How did we fall in love?' Being able to talk to others now and knowing I'm not crazy gives me comfort."

Bruce Willis has three daughters (Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah) from his marriage to ex-wife Demi Moore and two daughters (Mabel Ray and Evelyn) from his marriage to Emma Heming. The famous actor has been keeping a low profile since 2022, having taken a break from his film career due to illness.
