Bursa's pide rivals Italian pizzas

Among the favorites of the venue, which has been converted into a social facility, is the Değirmen Pide. It's reported that even out-of-town guests come here for this pizza-like dish, which leaves a distinct taste.

Facility manager Altan Şatana said, "We created this product to appeal to younger generations, as we know, who are more interested in pizza. It's not just people from Bursa; some even come from out of town because they're curious about its flavor."
