Birce Akalay learned the drug test result during the match and her phone didn't stop ringing.

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation into drug and stimulant use and took 19 celebrities from their homes in the early hours of October 8.
The prosecutor's office reported that no detention order had been issued that day. The celebrities would be released after their statements and blood samples were taken.
All 19 people were released after donating blood in the evening of the same day.

Active ingredients of medical drugs obtained with green prescriptions were found in the blood and hair samples of Engin Polat, İrem Derici, Feyza Altun and Ziynet Sali.
One of the eight names in question was actress Birce Akalay.
Akalay, who learned his test result during the EuroLeague match between Anadolu Efes and Panathinaikos, was caught on camera looking dejected. After receiving calls, he went backstage.
He then made the following statement on his Instagram account:
"I would like to remind you that the investigation in question is subject to a confidentiality order and that even my lawyer and I have not been able to access the file, and no documents or information have been provided to us."
"I would like to emphasize that some of the reports published on various news channels are for disinformation purposes, that the substances appearing on the published list are only related to antidepressants and painkillers that I regularly use, and most importantly, that I have never used the banned substance published on the list in my life."
"I would like to inform you that I will be objecting to the so-called Forensic Medicine report (if it is correct) through my lawyer, as soon as possible, on these matters that I am confident about."
