INGREDIENTS FOR TURNIP JUICE
2 kg black carrots
1 large beetroot (optional, for taste and color)
1 cup fine bulgur
2 liters of drinking water
1 tablespoon rock salt
1 teaspoon lemon salt
1 bread crust (for the leavening process)
5 cloves of garlic (optional, for flavor)
2-3 hot peppers (optional, for those who like it spicy)

FERMENTATION PROCESS
Place the bulgur in a jar and add 1 cup of water. Then add the bread crust and cover the jar with cheesecloth. Let this mixture sit for 2 days. To prepare the turnip juice, wash the black carrots and beets thoroughly, peel them, and chop them into large pieces. Boil 2 liters of water and cool.
