'Çağla Şıkel used to eat 10 lahmacun on set'

Presenter, actress, model, and mother of two, Çağla Şıkel, was much talked about with the breakfast plate she shared on her Instagram account last month.

The 46-year-old famous model's breakfast consisted of some raw nuts and 5 pills.

While some found this morning meal normal, others found it unhealthy.

The famous name responded to the criticism by saying, "Comments were made as if I had eaten frog legs. I have meals like this where I eat nuts because I don't wake up hungry. I have vitamins every morning, I use them. I shared it naturally, I didn't share it to make a fuss. It's a matter of balance. It's like balancing a meal."

Alişan also made the following comment about the breakfast plate of his co-star Çağla Şıkel in the TV series 'Cennet Mahallesi', which aired between 2004-2007:

"We were eating 10 lahmacuns with Çağla on the set of Cennet Mahallesi."

"He ate incredibly, but he worked out. He needs to look after himself. And he's right."

"Çağla is still Türkiye's number one model. When she was separated from me, they got her used to capsules and she is fed with medicine."
