Colorful, refreshing, and packed with beneficial properties, pitaya —also known as dragon fruit—takes on a new purpose when made into tea. Nutritionist Cibele Santos reveals that the drink, besides being delicious, can be a valuable ally for those seeking health and balance in their daily lives.
