'There were 4 surgeries in 15 days': Edu Guedes is discharged and updates his health status in a video after being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer
A week after TV host Edu Guedes 's pancreatic cancer diagnosis became public, Ana Hickmann 's husband has been discharged due to his progress following surgery . Now, the celebrity has recorded a new video addressing the issue.
In a video published this Saturday (12) on his Instagram profile, Edu Guedes commented on his health status and revealed that he underwent 4 surgeries in the last 15 days . According to the Rede TV! employee, who remains away from the broadcaster , his progress left the doctor excited.
"I'm already much better, I'm already home. I was supposed to leave on the 21st, but Dr. Marcelo Bruno saw and felt that I was better, and also that my recovery would be better at home, so I practically left 10 days earlier than expected," said Edu Guedes at the beginning of the video, adding about his dejected appearance:
"I saw a lot of people's concern about being down, [but] it couldn't be any different. There were four surgeries in practically 15 days, so it wasn't easy. [...] There are so many messages... I would love to respond to each one personally, but unfortunately that's not possible, so I'm recording this video to thank each one of you who send me daily messages and to reassure those people who somehow like me, my work, to say that I'm fine, that I'm recovering ," assured the famous person.
Edu Guedes will not return to Rede TV yet!
