Kyoto by Noah presents a new French menu

On Tuesday, July 22, the Kyoto restaurant presented the new menu by French chef Valentin Morice , recognized for his career in high-end cuisine and awarded a Michelin star in France.
The event, titled " Paris Strolling Through Santiago ," brought together representatives of the city's business and social sectors to present this exclusive experience that brings the best of French haute cuisine to Santiago in an eight-course dinner that fuses French techniques, Dominican flavors, and Japanese influences.
During the evening, Klaas Portela, founder and CEO of the Noah Gastronomic Group , highlighted the restaurant's commitment to quality and innovation in its culinary offerings.


Miguel Olavarrieta, the group's administrative director, emphasized the importance of bringing a first-class culinary offering to Santiago that will help position the city as a benchmark in the national culinary scene, according to a press release.
Chef Morice addressed those present, thanking them for their warm welcome and expressing his enthusiasm for this new offering from the Caribbean .
Located in the heart of Santiago de los Caballeros, Kyoto Restaurant has been synonymous with gastronomic excellence and exclusivity since its founding, with a proposal that fuses art, flavor, and design.
Originally from La Verrie, France, Valentin Morice trained at the renowned Les Sorbets hotel school , where he completed his studies in culinary arts.
From an early age, she developed her career in distinguished spaces such as La Bastide Saint Antoine in Grasse and the prestigious Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris, where she held various roles in the kitchen.

In 2020, he earned his first Michelin star as executive chef of La Table du Boisniard in France. His experience also includes opening a bistro restaurant and participating in major competitions such as the San Pellegrino Young Chef and the French Dessert Championships.
With more than a decade in haute cuisine, today he puts his signature on the Kyoto Restaurant proposal, bringing to the city a refined vision of contemporary French gastronomy .
