Gotha Cosmetics Awarded for Innovation with Marine Ingredients

Gotha Cosmetics has won the 2025 MakeUp in Paris IT Award in the new Ocean Beauty category, which recognizes innovations developed using ingredients or materials of marine origin.

In this cross-cutting category, the competition was won by Waterburst Dazzle Top Coat.

This all-over stick for eyes, lips and cheeks contains over 70% water, has a creamy texture and provides a wet-shimmer finish. The gel formula is enriched with pearlescent pigments and a skin-like sugar complex that binds to keratin, smoothing and revitalizing the skin.

The mix of gelatinizing agents is based on natural polysaccharides extracted from red algae (Chondrus crispus), known for their ability to form elastic and uniform gels.
