Queen Letizia and Isabel Díaz Ayuso combine their outfits to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Cuesta de Moyano.

The permanent Cuesta de Moyano Book Fair in Madrid is celebrating its centenary this year, an anniversary not missed by either Queen Letizia or Isabel Díaz Ayuso . Both women, who opted for similar outfits to stroll through the stalls and browse the books, opted for one of the star garments of the mid-season: the trench coat .

Queen Letizia wore an original black and white gingham trench coat by Mirto , which she debuted in 2021. Three-quarter length, the trench coat is finished with black buttons and a leather strap at the cuff. Underneath, the Queen opted for a total black look , consisting of a round-neck knit sweater and ankle-length trousers. To break up the monochrome, she wore a narrow belt in the same shade with a gold buckle.

As for shoes, Queen Letizia, who gave up heels a while ago, opted for open-toed Mary Janes , a very trendy style and perfect for the transitional season. She chose a Sézane model, the Paula baby shoes, in patent leather, with a 5-centimeter heel, open heel, two straps across the instep, and a slingback. They are available on their website for 155 euros .

She completed her look with a silver- studded bag and the Gold & Roses Doble Daga earrings , made of white gold and diamonds, as well as the Coreterno ring. On the beauty front, the Queen wore her hair loose and straight, and sported natural makeup, with brown eyeliner and pink lips.

As for the president of the Community of Madrid, she also opted for a trench coat , albeit in a light brown. Isabel Díaz Ayuso, like the Queen, thus demonstrates that it's a wardrobe staple , perfect for spring.

She completed her look with skinny black jeans, a white shirt, and a brown belt with a gold buckle. As for footwear, she also opted for flats, but in a style opposite to the Queen's, as she wore Oxford shoes . However, this style is something Queen Letizia has also worn on other occasions, and it gives the look a more masculine feel, unlike Mary Janes, which have a more feminine and childlike feel.

On the beauty front, the politician tied her mid-length hair back in a ponytail and wore natural makeup.
