Aisha Syed kicks off world tour at Wigmore Hall in England and Türkiye
After performing on five continents in 2024 alongside orchestras and cultural institutions of classical music such as the Qatar Philharmonic and the Johannesburg Philharmonic, Aisha begins her new world tour in 2025 in the United States, England and Turkey.
These concerts include her official debut at London 's iconic Wigmore Hall concert hall, where Hilary Hahn, Mitsuko Uchida, Steven Isserlis and Leonidas Kavakos have performed.
There she will be joined by renowned pianist Rebeca Omordia for a programme that includes composers Wynton Marsalis , Florence Price, William Grant Still and Samuel Coleridge-Taylor during the African Concert Series.
During his stay in London he will be visiting the UK Music Masters organisation as well as the Royal Hospital for Neurodisability.
Aisha's first concert will be in Miami , Florida, where she will be accompanied by pianist Ciro Foderé at Sts. Paul and Peter Church for the closing of Dominican Week in Miami on February 28.
The concert at London 's Wigmore Hall will take place on March 15 and in Ankara , Turkey, she will be making her debut at the Küçük Theatre on March 17 accompanied by renowned pianist Cem Esen on the occasion of the 181st anniversary of the National Independence of the Dominican Republic.
She then continues to Ecuador where she will be a guest soloist for the 2025 season of the National Symphony Orchestra of Ecuador .
She will continue to India with the Mehli Mehta Music Foundation , chaired by director Zubin Mehta; her debut in Saudi Arabia , to Russia , as well as her return to Paris and Madrid among other concerts in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.
