Rihanna and A$AP Rocky: Is he revealing the baby's gender?

At the world premiere of the animated film "The Smurfs: The Big Movie" in Belgium, A$AP Rocky (36) was almost bursting with pride at the sight of his beautiful, pregnant partner Rihanna (37). In an interview with "Entertainment Tonight," he may have also revealed the gender of their third child.

On the sidelines of the event, the rapper, facing a heavily pregnant Rihanna, who appeared to be giving an interview a few meters away as the voice of Smurfette, was asked if this was the girl he'd been waiting for. "Yeah, that's it. Man. That's it," he smiled – and shortly afterwards held up a Smurfette doll to the camera. "Right here. You know what I mean? Right here," he waved the doll in his hand. "You know what I'm asking," the reporter interjected. A$AP Rocky didn't comment on whether he had really just talked about the sex of his unborn child. He simply showed the Smurfette doll again. For some fans, this probably still means it could be a girl.

Just last February, Rihanna, who announced her pregnancy at this year's Met Gala in May, spoke about raising her two sons, RZA (3) and Riot (1). In an interview with "Harper's Bazaar," she revealed that the boys are very different. RZA is very empathetic. "He's so magical. He loves music. He loves melodies. He loves books. He loves water. Bathing, swimming, pool, beach, everything."

Wildfang Riot, on the other hand, is "just funny" and takes after his mother. "When he wakes up, he starts squealing and screaming. Not in a whiny way. He just wants to sing," she reported proudly. "He's my alarm clock in the morning! And he doesn't take no for an answer from anyone." Rihanna already revealed to "Interview" magazine in April 2024 that she wants a girl.
