Mykita is not only extremely popular with stars, but now also outfits the fashion show of Ioannes
The secret highlight of yesterday's Ioannes Spring/Summer 2026 show? The aviator glasses that shone particularly stylishly on the models' noses – the Studio 12.5 sunglasses from Berlin-based label Mykita . Created in collaboration with the costume designer of the TV series "And Just Like That..." for Sarah Jessica Parker , this model now made its debut at Berlin Fashion Week. For this custom-made piece, the classic aviator shape was reinterpreted: with a curved silhouette, a striking brow bar, and fine nose bridge details. The collection includes three color variations: "Bright Clover" with a dark blue gradient, "Champagne Gold" with purple mirrored lens, and "Black" with matte dark gray lens – all crafted from lightweight stainless steel.

This eyewear detail perfectly complemented the style of the looks by Ioannes designer Johannes Boehl Cronau, who also celebrated his debut in the capital with his presentation. Known for body-hugging, sensual creations, he explained: "I've always been very inspired by the women in my family. Body awareness and sexiness have nothing to do with clothing size." Not a single waist was concealed – each was precisely and accurately accentuated or left exposed, as in halter tops with sometimes floor-length fringes, which alternated with mini and maxi dresses. This was complemented by knitwear, trains, sequins, and high leather boots.

Boehl Cronau, whose designs have also garnered acclaim in Hollywood and who has previously collaborated with Kylie Jenner's label, summarized his collection as follows: "This collection is a small look at the past six years. What I've done, what I love, and what was perhaps missing from my portfolio. But it's not about necessarily doing more. The biggest advantage I want to give my customers is to put more quality into all the quantity." The combination of two internationally operating labels with German roots thus formed a successful conclusion to Fashion Week at Charlottenburg Palace.
